Rob and Scott from Athletic Evolution recently ran some workshops at our Youth Day for young people aged 10 – 11.  The ‘ninja’ workshops were great, the children really engaged in them and they were led in a professional way, with the desired outcomes having been agreed beforehand.  We’d definitely use them again and would recommend them as a fun and confidence-boosting activity for children.

-Lena Gillies, National Development Officer, Dyslexia Scotland

“Rob provided an excellent presentation, perfectly pitched for this adolescent audience. He was not fazed by facing over 130 boys whose attention he held for the full hour. The group was clearly compelled by the issue of drugs in sport and this led seamlessly into a discussion about performance-enhancing substances and the use of everyday dietary supplements where Rob was able to demonstrate that a normal balanced and healthy diet brought all the necessary benefits at a fraction of the cost. We will certainly look for a return visit, especially given Rob’s high profile in schoolboy sport which meant that his message was both strongly conveyed and attentively received.”

-Neal Clark, Head at Stewart’s Melville College, Edinburgh

“Rob came down to do a talk on nutrition for our preseason (Hockey bootcamp. There were 17 x 14-16 year olds at the talk and I think Rob nailed it. He pitched it perfectly for the age group, keeping them interested and involved with the use of quizzes, 3 day food diaries (handed out the week before for players to fill in) and a great ability to engage with the group. Rob clearly has an excellent knowledge of the subject as well as a fantastic presentation style. I would definitely recommend.
