  1. Rob’s Fundamentals and Speed Programmes have helped me to excel in my coaching of youth athletes. The programmes are easy to follow and provide a structured and progressive programme for any coach to implement with their athletes and help them develop strength, speed and power. The simplicity of the training templates and the clear video demonstrations make it easy to plug and play with your athletes in their next session. Thanks Rob for keeping it simple and practical.
