MEET ROB ANDERSON

Rob created Athletic Evolution to provide best practice in the athletic development and coaching of young athletes. He is dedicated to improving the quality of athletic development training delivered to young athletes. Rob has 15+ years experience in providing athletic development coaching to emerging youth athletes. This includes 5 years at Scottish Rugby as the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for 2 Regional Academies: Borders & East Lothian Region and the Caledonia Region.

Additionally, Rob provided S&C coaching for the first ever female Beach Volleyball Pair Jess Grimson and Victoria Palmer in their qualification and competition at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
