After the success of our “Strength & Conditioning for Youth Athletes” and “Animal Flow for Sport Coaches” workshops, we are delighted to announce our next workshop in conjunction with Edinburgh Leisure: “How to utilise gymnastic conditioning in your training sessions“, taking place on from 7-9pm on Sunday, March 31st at Ainslie Park Leisure Centre for just £15 per person. This practical workshop will be lead by Scotland and Great Britain Gymnast, Shannon Archer, who has competed at the highest level for the last decade, including the 2018 Commonwealth Games, where she achieved a record best ever result for Scottish Gymnastics. Shannon will introduce us to basic gymnastic skills such as tumbling, rolling and basic bodyweight conditioning, which can be used by sport coaches to develop body awareness, control, stability and strength in their youth athletes!
