Ben Parkes is a passionate Strength and Conditioning coach who has been working with academy & professional rugby union athletes and a range of both olympic weightlifters & powerlifting athletes for the past 8 years.
Ben obtained his BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and began working with the Scottish Rugby Union academy system where he began developing the practical elements of coaching across both the Borders and Edinburgh regions. In 2017 he took an opportunity to move to New Zealand where he spent four and half years working with professional rugby union players in the National Provincial Championship for both @northlandrugby and @southlandstags regions. He has returned to Scotland and is in the process of studying clinical nutrition whilst upskilling in performance psychology.
His belief is that even a basic understanding of strength and conditioning is a benefit to absolutely everyone, whether a health conscious individual or a professional athlete.

Orestis Andreou is currently studying Applied Sport Science (BSc) at the University of Edinburgh. His sporting background was previously in basketball, where he played as a point guard for Keravnos Strovolou and the Cypriot national team. Having coached basketball at a youth level, he is now trying to progress his career further by interning with Athletic Evolution to gain knowledge and experience in athletic development. He believes that Athletic Evolution can equip young athletes with the tools to succeed in both the professional sporting domain and beyond!

Gordon previously represented Scotland as a sprinter and has developed a lifelong passion for sport and fitness. He has a great deal of experience in youth strength and Conditioning, supporting athletes from various sporting backgrounds. Gordon has been a physical preparation contractor for the Sport Scotland Institute of Sport for several years and has been involved in the development of youth performance development programmes in the private sector. He is a strong believer that performance development should be fun, inclusive and progressive.
