Tom has over seven years experience working with a large variety of individual clients and sports squads across a wide range of ages and abilities including youth badminton, rugby, cricket and hockey athletes.
The role of sport and exercise played a large part in his upbringing with cricket and hockey being his primary focuses. Having moved to Edinburgh in 2010 to study Applied Sports Science, he graduated in 2014 and started his own coaching business.
In 2019 he returned to Edinburgh University to complete a Masters in Strength & Conditioning before becoming resident strength & conditioning coach at The Grange Club in January 2021. He currently captains the cricket 1st XI at The Grange and plays for the hockey 2nd XI.

- UKSCA Accreditation (TBC)
