We are very pleased to have been able to contribute to the “3 Steps to Success” column in this month’s edition of Rugby World Magazine!
With the return of club training after months of the lockdown due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, players are at an increased risk of soft tissue injuries in areas like the hamstrings, adductors and calves! This is because as they return to training with clubs, they will be exerienceing running at higher intensities, durations and with more changes of direction than they are used to for the last few months!
As a result of this, we put together a simple 3 part program to try and help reduce the risk of injury for players!
